Pre-Orders

All chapbook pre-orders are considered final sale due to the limited-edition and independent production nature of the release.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable PDFs or digital editions, are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical Products

If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof so we can review and resolve the issue.

Event Tickets

Tickets for live events, podcast experiences, readings, or creative showcases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Hope CMG.

Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hope CMG is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages once the item has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
